| War Memorial Trust | Cllr Whiteley to take photos when he is recovered; then Clerk to contact WMT for advice. Action Cllr Whiteley and Clerk. | |
| Parish Precept and projects list | The idea of part-funding an archive was agreed in principle. Cllrs felt that they wanted it to be done well, which might include paying an archivist. Cllr O’Brien asked for a 3% increase budget. There was general agreement that 3% was about right. Cllrs had no wish to accrue a large surplus unless there were specific projects to spend it on in year. A definite decision on the precept raise would be made at the next meeting. Action Clerk | |
| Flood equipment | Agreed to buy throwbags as identified by the flood wardens. Pro EC sec RW. Clerk to arrange moorings. |
| 4 | OTHER MATTERS | |

The Council will advertise for a new volunteer in the first instance but assuming none, will then advertise for a paid editor. The Council will continue to pay for printing costs. | |
