Andrew Battarbee, Elizabeth Coe, Hilary Hart, John Morton, Peter O\u2019Brien, Rob Tamlyn, Ray Whiteley.\u00a0\u00a0Sarah Battarbee, Clerk.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><a><strong>Apologies:<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0John Mottershaw, Cllr Twigg and PC Boswell.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>County Councillor\u2019s report.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0There was none.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>District Councillor\u2019s report.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Cllr O\u2019Brien reported that a decision had been taken to charge an annual fee of \u00a350 for green bin collection.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Police report<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0There was none.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Minutes<\/strong> of the last meeting had been circulated to all members before the meeting.\u00a0\u00a0They were Pro RW sec EC as being a true record approved and signed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Matters arising<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Motorbike racing at Stoke Barn<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0Cllr Hilary Hart had been approached about motorbikes using the main road as a racetrack at Stoke Barn.\u00a0\u00a0There were a number of issues.\u00a0\u00a0A petition with 44 signatures had been received.\u00a0\u00a0The Clerk was asked to draft a letter to the Police Commissioner and the County Council pro HH sec RT.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<p><strong>Planning matters.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NP\/DDD\/1219\/1274 Padley Manor Farm.\u00a0\u00a0Listed Building consent &#8211;
