There was none\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Minutes<\/strong>of the last meeting had been circulated to all members before the meeting. They were <strong>pro HH sec EC as<\/strong>being a true record approved and signed.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Matters arising<\/strong>:<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Parish Council website.<\/strong>\u00a0 Now live.\u00a0Cllrs were implored to keep it regularly updated with articles relevant to the Parish Council\u2019s business.\u00a0 Not only does that encourage the readership, it fulfils the primary purpose of letting the village know how much the parish council actually does.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Jubilee Gardens.<\/strong>\u00a0 EC to write a spec of what the Potting Shed Ladies are expected to do.\u00a0 Cllrs agreed to the idea of planting herbs, John Morton also suggested roses.\u00a0 Whatever is planted will have to be deer proof.
