It has gone to a committee.\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Police Report:<\/strong> there was none, but Cllrs noted that there had been repeated damage to the allotments.\u00a0A decision had been made not to alert the police yet and to try to deal with the matter locally.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Minutes of the last meeting<\/strong>had been circulated to all members before the meeting.\u00a0 They were pro HH sec EC as being a true record approved and signed.\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Matters arising: <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Website<\/strong>.\u00a0 The website was now ready to be launched.\u00a0 Cllrs were \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0asked to remember to contribute new articles on a regular basis.\u00a0 A website accessibility statement has been included.<\/li><li><strong>Upkeep of Jubilee Gardens<\/strong>\u2013 Cllrs noted concerns that there are no plants in the borders and queried whether they were getting value for money.\u00a0 Repairs on the Gardens have been progressed.<\/li><li><strong>Defibrillator<\/strong>\u2013 it was agreed that for now, the existing defibrillator would be moved from the Sir William to the Pavilion subject to agreement by relevant parties.\u00a0 Instructions on how to use the defibrillator, and where it is located, would be made available to the village.\u00a0 Cllrs thought that the funding so freed up could be used to support the upgrade the playground equipment, and the Clerk was asked to approach the relevant people.\u00a0The door was left open for an appeal for a second defibrillator by public subscription at some point in the future.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Network Rail<\/strong>.\u00a0 This issue is being dealt with by residents at least for now, and the situation seems to be improving.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Weedkilling.<\/strong>\u00a0 Cllr Hart has bought a heat weedkiller and will report back at the next meeting how effective it is.\u00a0 Grindleford Council have not specifically banned DDDC from using glyphosate in the village for now, but have asked for an update on research into other methods with a view to making a decision when more information is to hand.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 6.\u00a0<strong>Highway Matters:\u00a0 <\/strong>there were none<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong>Planning Matters:<\/strong> to speak to the landowners.<\/li><li><strong>National pay award<\/strong>\u2013 the 2.2% clerk\u2019s pay award was agreed pro JRM sec AB. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Dog fouling of pavements<\/strong>\u2013 Cllrs agreed to fund some signs for distribution round the village.\u00a0 Clerk to action.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>As there was no further business the Chair
