Wilson; Councillors J S Morton, P O\u2019Brien, A. Battarbee, J.R. Mottershaw, R Tamlyn, J H Hart, E Coe.\u00a0\u00a0Clerk Sarah Battarbee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apologies:<\/strong> R J Whiteley, Clr. Twigg, PC Boswell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>County Councillors Report:<\/strong> there was none.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>District Councillors Report:<\/strong> Peter O\u2019Brien reported that the District Council has elected to become carbon neutral by 2030, and to encourage all its partners to do similarly.\u00a0\u00a0The DCC has also discussed a proposal for electric charging points in villages, for example for electric cars which are parked on the road.\u00a0\u00a0P O\u2019B spoke to a letter received from the County Council.\u00a0\u00a0(Subsequently circulated).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Police Report:<\/strong> there was none.\u00a0\u00a0Police comments on parking at Longshaw were dealt with under Highway Matters.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Minutes<\/strong> of the last council meeting had been circulated to all members before the meeting.\u00a0\u00a0They were Pro JRM Sec JSM as being a true record approved and signed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Matters arising:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Electoral expenses \u2013 all members to confirm they have sent their expenses to the relevant address, circulated separately.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Farewell gift for Alan Jacques.&nbsp;&nbsp;It was agreed to put this on the agenda for the July meeting so that members could vote on the expenditure.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;White Peak Trail parking \u2013 the organisers have been contacted and have responded.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Planning Applications:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NP\/DDD\/0519\/0548.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>Hog Hall, Leadmill, Hathersage.&nbsp;&nbsp;Subterranean swimming pool and single storey extension.&nbsp;No objections.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Decision notices:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NP\/DDD\/1118\/1087<\/strong>.&nbsp;Installation of air source heat pump system, Oaks Barn, Grindleford.&nbsp;&nbsp;Granted subject to conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NP\/DDD\/1218\/1138.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>Side and rear extension, landscape works and garden room.&nbsp;&nbsp;Granted subject to conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NP\/DDD\/118\/1071.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Proposed single storey extension to dwelling and retention of rear door Torr Farm, Leadmill.
